The Feast, Kangaroo Island
There are many people behind the scenes who each bring a special talent, idea or personality that collectively create the 2021–2022 Gastronomo dining experiences. From the early settlers who planted the fig tree, our production crew, the food pantry manager, groundsman/women, front of house team, reservations, marketing, financial assistants and catering crew our deepest thanks.

A special mention to:
Kangaroo Island Spirits (KIS)
Jon and Sarah have been friends of the Gastronomo team for years where they have mixed various gin cocktail combinations under the Enchanted Fig Tree with friends. The KIS story began in 2002, when Jon and Sarah Lark set out to establish Australia’s first dedicated gin distillery, where they wanted to do things properly, the traditional way. They are now Australia’s leading Gin distillers.
When visiting Kangaroo Island check out their cellar door experiences.
More talented suppliers, crew and producers are currently being contacted enabling us to create our 2021–22 season.
